Brett Balcerak

PT, MPT, Owner

Brett was born and raised in Baytown, Texas. He attended Lee College in Baytown, Texas and Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana both on baseball scholarships. It was his experience and exposure to sports related injuries that ultimately guided him to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. Brett graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Sciences from the cooperative program in Physical Therapy between The University of Texas Medical Branch – Galveston / The University of Texas – El Paso in 1994 and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1996.

Jeremy Jennings

PT, MPT, MCS

Jeremy graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy from University of Texas Medical Branch-Galveston after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University in 2001. He is a 1996 graduate of Barbers Hill High School.

Jeremy has been providing physical therapy services in Baytown and Mont Belvieu since 2004. He has worked for Rehabilitation Services of Baytown and Houston Methodist Orthopedics and Sports Medicine during that time.

Courtney Zink

PT, DPT

Dr. Zink is a Physical Therapist at Rehabilitation Services in Baytown. Courtney received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Prior to attending graduate school, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Health Professions from the University of UT Arlington, Texas. During her time at UTA she played Collegiate Level Softball for 4 years as a 2nd Baseman and won UTA Student Female Athlete of the Year in 2012. Courtney is originally from Baytown, TX, and enjoys practicing within her local roots.

Mallory Pagan

PT, DPT

Dr. Pagan received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Prior to attending graduate school, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. During her time at UTMB in Galveston, she was an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Texas Physical Therapy Association.  She first became interested in physical therapy when she was taking her younger sister to her own physical therapy treatments after an ACL repair.

John Infante

PT, DPT, COMT

Dr. John Infante is currently a fellow-in-training with the Optim manual therapy fellowship program. He earned his doctorate as a graduate of the Texas Woman’s University – Houston physical therapy program. Prior to earning his doctorate, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Fitness & Human Performance from University of Houston – Clear Lake.

Dr. Infante approaches the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions with an emphasis on manual therapy and movement re-education to achieve patient goals in an efficient manner.

Dusti Malone

PTA

Dusti is a proud native of Baytown, Texas and has been working at PHYSIO as a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2010.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Science from Texas A&M University, with a minor in psychology. At A&M her love of science and how the human body worked thrived, and from there Dusti attended HCC Coleman, where she obtained her PTA license.

Dusti has a passion for orthopedics and strives to provide high quality care.

Jacqueline Hodges

PTA

Jacqueline Hodges is a Physical Therapist Assistant and Wellness Coordinator at Rehab Services. She first obtained her Associates of Science in Kinesiology here locally at Lee College while playing volleyball under an Athletic Scholarship. She decided to continue her college volleyball career at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma and earned a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology.

Norma Arceneaux

PTA

Norma Arceneaux obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree from Houston Community College before becoming licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant. While in school she participated in several clubs and organizations on campus. She became interested in physical therapy as a career while helping to care for her mother who was battling cancer.

Amy Moseley

PTA

Amy Moseley received her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy degree from Houston Community College. While in school, she was a member of the APTA and TPTA and enjoyed attending conferences and meetings. She has been working with patients for 24 years in various physical therapy settings.

Lauren Crowell

Lauren A. Crowell became a Texas licensed physical therapist assistant in July 2014 and has worked with Physiostaff since October 2014. Lauren has worked at all Physiostaff locations as needed, but her main work location has been at the Mont Belvieu location, West Chambers Medical Center. In previous years, Lauren obtained her license in therapeutic massage for people and horses. She also graduated from Texas A & M University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science.

Rendell Lucille

Rendell have been a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for five years. He attended Houston Community College, for his PTA degree. He also attended the University of Houston, where he earned a B.S. degree in Kinesiology. Rendell is currently pursuing his DPT degree at the University of St. Augustine, in Austin, TX.
