Class Schedule

Monday & Wednesday Classes

9:00am-9:45am – Senior Power Class

Low impact seated or standing exercises, cardio, resistance, and weight training. All levels welcome!

10:00am- 10:45am – Low/High Impact Class

Standing cardio aerobic exercise (some exercises in chair), resistance and weight training. This class is a little faster paced than the Senior Power. All levels welcome!

11:00am – 11:45am- PHYSIO FLEX

Stretching exercises that focus on the entire body. The equipment used is resistance bands and exercise balls. You will be guided through stretches with assistance from the instructor when needed. Stretches will be performed seated and some standing. The goal of this class is to increase range of motion and flexibility. Takes place in a quiet, relaxed environment.

Tuesday & Thursday Classes

9:00am-9:45am – Power Pilates

Most exercises are performed on the floor, but some in standing. Exercise regimen improves flexibility, core strength (helping stabilize the abdomen and lower back). Also helps to enhance mental awareness. Class is conducted in a calming environment with soft music and dimmed lights. NOT recommended if you are unable to get up and down off the floor.
