Kinesio Taping

Taping is performed with use of a breathable, stretchable material. Its elasticity does not restrict movement but is firm enough to provide support and pressure to facilitate muscle and connective tissue strength. The tape is both waterproof and sweatproof and usually stays in place for several days.

Taping helps to provide support while still allowing the blood and bodily fluids to flow around the injured muscle. This helps the body ease inflammation and cleanse toxins without medications or surgery.
