PHYSIO is happy to announce that we are now offering the PHYSIO FLEX program. This program offers private or group sessions for assisted stretching targeting pain control and flexibility as well as correct imbalances and enhance performance recovery. All sessions are tailored to the individual’s needs and are monitored with trained staff.
This is great for anybody, from those who have daily aches and pains from stressors at work to athletes, especially students, trying to maintain flexibility and fitness throughout the summer vacation to seniors trying to remain active and independent.
Stretching has been proven to help decrease pain, decrease risk of injuries, and improve your performance in physical activities.
Private sessions are provided by Jeremy Jennings, PT, MPT and is geared for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Jeremy specializes in tailoring the sessions to meet the specific needs of the athlete and engage is sport-specific exercises, drills, and stretching activities.
